what is your covid-19 policy?
- Safety is our priority at CMCC. Please see our Keeping You Safe webpage for more information about our Covid-19 Vaccination or Negative Test Result Group Verification Process. We are here to ensure the administration process is simple, and to make sure your group feels safe and comfortable.
Should/can I arrive early?
- We recommend that you arrive early to ensure that your presentation works and everything is the exactly the way you imagined it!
ARE YOU OPEN ON THE WEEKEND?
- Yes. Contact us for availability.
Do I need to rent microphones?
- The majority of CMCC function spaces offer microphones. If you need additional to our house equipment, we are happy to assist you in renting additional equipment!
can i use an outside caterer?
- Yes. We would love if you used our preferred caterer, Sausalito, but understand that you may want to go in a different direction. It is a $300 fee to use an outside caterer.
ARE KOSHER OPTIONS AVAILABLE?
- Yes, ask our staff for recommendations.
Do you have high top tables
- Yes, we have high top tables that can be included in your rental, based on availability.
What file size PowerPoint works best?
- Standard file size with 16:9 ratio - light backgrounds with dark text look best on our screens.
Will power strips be provided?
- Yes, power strips are available upon request.
What color are the linens?
- We have black and maroon table cloths, plus some fun colors for the high top tables!
How many chairs are typically in rounds?
- To facilitate social distancing, we currently have 3- or 4- chairs at each round. The maximum is 6 chairs per round.
Is alcohol allowed in your space?
Yes, our preferred caterer, Sausalito has a liquor license for an open or cash bar.
Do You Have a Lactation Room?
Yes, a designated area is available upon request.
